A certified technician inspects the affected drywall and confirms the scope before work starts.
Remediation of up to 50 sq ft of drywall
Affected drywall is removed under containment with HEPA air filtration.
Disposal of removed material
Contaminated material is bagged and taken away.
Antibacterial application
Antibacterial application is included as part of the remediation work.

- Drywall replacement or any reconstruction (we do not rebuild)
- Areas larger than 50 sq ft (quoted separately)
- Materials other than drywall (quoted separately)
- Properties outside Eastern Ontario
We do mitigation and remediation only. After remediation, the opening is ready for your contractor to close.

How big is 50 sq ft?
Roughly a 5 ft × 10 ft area — for example, the lower half of a 10 ft basement wall, or a 4 ft × 12 ft strip. You confirm the size when booking; our technician verifies it during the inspection.

Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled work date. A 5% cancellation fee applies, with the remaining 95% refunded. If we cancel the job, you receive a full refund.
